"Paul was very cordial, friendly and cooperative. He had to work within the constraints of a household that had just moved (picture boxes everywhere) and other workmen around. My only negative comment is that when we spoke on the phone, received a price quote, and I made the appointment, there was no discussion of the "extra costs" such as scotchguarding, that I was then forced to make a decision on the spot. I would use Paul again, I would just ask more questions upfront."
