I wasn't feeling safe as long as the door window was damaged, and was reluctant to leave my house with easy access to the same individuals who previously broke into my house. After explaining my situation, Richard's Home Care responded with sympathy and professionalism. The next day my door was fixed to the extent of not allowing easy access.
