"AOD promptly contacted me on that Friday afternoon to discuss my repair need. Since I didn't consider it to be an emergency, we set-up the appointment for the following Monday. They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival. As soon as they knew they were going to be hung-up at another job, they called me during that initial two-hour window to let me know the new ETA. They arrived and fixed my problem within an hour. I highly recommend AOD.....I will not hesitate to call them again if the need arises."
