When I bought the door and his services, Mike explained that a special order door could take as much as two weeks and so I was pleased when he called in a week and a half to arrange a date for installation. The installation was totally painless, Mike and his working partner were truly pros at what they do. We're delighted with the door and with the installation work. They cleaned up what little mess there was and took the old door and hardware with them. A great experience."
