"We were without our attic fan for two weeks when Sears repair person called in-rescheduled and then didn't even order the part for the rescheduled appointment. We lost two days of work waiting on Sears to do something after their original inspection of our fan. I decided to search the web and they gave me Watts Electric. He called me immediately, sent someone out that evening, the gentleman fixed the fan so we could use it until the part was located.
