"We had a small drip onto a kitchen counter just below a valley on the roof and a pipe sticking through the roof. Four contractors came to the house. Two said the problem was ice buildup and one of them said fix it your self with roof De-icing cable. The other two contractors said my problem was lack of caulking around pipes and vents. One said I could do the work myself. Quality V offered to install a rain collar, re-nail and seal all pipe openings plus close up a the soffit near the drip. They offered to do the work immediately for a reasonable price. I've had no more leaks since the work was done, but there has been no more snow."

"JD Sheet metal came out and made some recommendations and also pointed out other issues that needed fixed that I was not aware of until he pointed out sure enough I had another leak i wasn't aware of. He did a great job and timely replaced my broken gutter and rerouted another gutter I wanted fixed. Only issue is job was delayed due to weather and I had to call and get a status / reschedule. I would have liked them to be proactive and call me. "
