"In order to prevent seepage into my basement as a consequence of heavy rains, I contracted with Heat Exchanger Experts of Denver to waterproof the affected area of my foundation. The project required the old concrete to be broken up and removed, a 4-5 ft deep/2 ft wide/10 ft long trench to be dug, waterproofing tar to be applied to the exposed foundation, the trench refilled with dirt and compacted, and new concrete poured over the work area. The work is extremely physically demanding. Although the appearance of the new concrete is not quite what I would have hoped for, my problem was adequately addressed. I would recommend this company. "
