"Mr. Hatton was prompt, thorough, and informative. He kept clean the area of the room where he was working. Over the phone he had quoted us a higher price than he ended up charging us because he said that our chimney was in good shape and not very dirty. We were prepared to pay the quoted price, which we thought was a very reasonable one, so he was honest despite knowing that he was going to earn less by being so. All in all, we were extremely happy with the service Mr. Hatton provided."
