"Mr. Welch was prompt, his work was excellent, and his fee was reasonable. He graciously accepted a smaller project (creating a flagpole placque on front of my home)and I have got him thinking about another project to enhance my kitchen. Mr. Welch was paid on date of service (10/12/09) $100.00 for this project. He did not give me a receipt, and does not seem to work off billing statements. Total rating: 4 1/2 stars. "
