"Very good customer service. However too many screw ups. 1) Door arrived with incorrect dimensions/size. had to do a temp fix, and re-order. Keep in mind someone had come out and measured before hand... 2) The grid inside the window I had replaced did not match up with the existing grid and there was something else too, I cant remember, but they had to come and fix or replace that as well. 3) They accidently sliced thru my satellite coax cable that was above the door, and their fix was electrical tape. "
