"Needed my existing cable line replaced because it was originally installed, exposed, over my townhouse roof. Huge language barrier between the techs and myself. They left before confirming working cable service. Had to call cable provider to come resolve issues. Plasmatech techs installed a line splitter that created an intolerable drop in signal strength. The cable company tech stated that the new installed line was out-dated/sub-standard typle of cable. Duel line that is not longer required, but replaced with a duel line, being part of the cable techs argument. However, I'm pleased with how they placed the line."
