"They let me know the tech was behind and when to expect him to arrive. He arrived when stated and quickly started. He put a big tarp down to protect the floors and cleaned up behind himself. The tech showed me what he found and gave suggestions to improve our fireplaces. When he found something that need to be repaired or replaced he gave a timeframe to allow us to work on what was immediate. The tech also left estimates for all the repairs or upgrades that we talked about. "
