"Peter has good ideas and an enthusiastic approach to design. His initial plans for the project were imaginative, but put construction costs over our budget. We had to revise the plans 5 times to get through some structural challenges with the roof and Peter was very accommodating and patient with us. Even though we spent more time and money on the design than we anticipated, it was a worthwhile experience and the plans were approved for construction after engineering review."
