"I needed to get someone to shovel my grandmother's walks and have found Mike to be extremely helpful. We made an appointment for him at my grandmother's house and he arrived not only on time, but a bit early and this made a huge impression on her. They worked out a pay schedule that she is pleased with and feels is very fair. The first snow came on a Sunday and he contacted me for her phone number so he could call her and let her know when he was coming. He shoveled what she asked and to her satisfaction, which is huge because she is 90 and likes things done a certain way. I am pleased and grateful he is doing a good job for her."
