"Derwin Hairston was very competent, found the source of the problem and fixed it to project completion. Very good. Note- I was told he was not available through service magic, yet when called him he was able to provide the service. Update of records would be helpful as it was a very cold night with no heat. I also called some companies out of the phone book and they were also able to come out the next day, but I liked the service provided by servicemagic and that the companies listed were recommended. The representative who took my call- she was very nice and courteous. "
