"Their office staff doesn't seem to talk to the men who do the work. The men hadn't seen the contract and didn't know about some of the things they were supposed to put in. Luckily I saw them putting shingles on before they had any drip edge, so they stopped work and obtained the needed parts. (They also didn't know about the ridge vent.) The men did a fine job and I'm happy with them."
