"I could do without the 2 hour presentation and the semi-high pressure sales tactics, but, the windows are as advertised, the installation was professional and quickly done. The prices for Sears windows are higher than others, but you get a reputable company that you'll be able to call in 20 years, and someone you can find if there's a problem. My advice for others - bring Sears in last to estimate your window replacement."
