"The contractor's name is John. I believe him to be a very professional individual who takes pride in his work. Effective communication was key to success of the project and John communicated with me directly on a daily bases. All work was completed in a timely manner and if I had any questions or complaints he was sure to address them. When all was said and done I was very happy with the final product. At the end of the project he ensured me that if I had any complaints in the future he would address them too. I am completely satisfied with the outcome."
