I called the next day with another fairly minor problem not related to the original. Their response was timely and they did the work for no charge! "

"Received an immediate friendly call back after using service magic and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Heath called to let me now he'd be a few minutes late. He was very personable and customer service friendly. Genuinely nice. We had a bath drain plug that was leaking. Not a hard fix I'm sure but he didn't seem hurried to get in and out - which I like as I feel the job was done thoughtfully and properly. I would definitely consider Bullseye for another more extensive project based on my experience, all be-it a small one. Pricing good too. Thankyou. "
