"The guys showed up really fast and helped us move everything off the wet carpet and got right to work! It was such a huge relief to have help so quickly!!! Also, all of this occured right before Christmas and I was worried that we wouldn't get the help we needed because of the holiday, but Chem Dry really stayed on top of this water leak and got my house dried out! I will call them again if I ever have any water/carpet issues."

"Prior experience with carpet cleaning excellent. Experience with sofa cleaning less favorable. Circumstance was terrible to begin with (white expensive sofa that my son's friend vomited on). I am sure that the professional did the best job that he could but actually the sofa should not have been cleaned with water. The stain didn't come out (which is likely due to no fault of the service provider) but the sofa was actually stained worse by the water i.e., the skirting, back pillows, etc., were darkened, fabric stiff, light rust tone in spots. I would have felt better if it had been an unsuccessful attempt at dry cleaning the sofa. I"
