"The salesman was knowledgeable and explained difference in quotes from others--why his was less inches needed being the type of material being used. Would not go deeper than a set depth (this is how the conversation regarding materials got startted) even though it obviously would be addtl $$ for them. Called to accept the offer and they did not call back, had to call a 2nd time, then they changed the work schedule from morning to afternoon but left a message at my work phone over holiday weekend which I was lucky to get by just happening to be at work on Sunday to retrive it. Workers were nice and conscientious except left a little mess in the garage (not too bad though considering the material). Overall was satisfied and would recommend."
