"Dana was very professional and responsive. Due to many problems with the furnace Dana had to come out serval times to service the furnace. He made sure that the furnace was repaired properly and would not leave until all of the work was correctly done. Cleveland Comfort Solutions is the only compnay that I will use for any furnace repairs and if needed to one day replace this furnace."
