"This was the first contractor who seemed genuinely excited about our mid-size project. He immediately showed us his insurance policy and he ensured everything was inspected and up to code when several other contractors had indicated they would not be involving the inspector. We were very impressed from the beginning. This contractor is fairly new to being self employed so the project took a little longer than we expected to be fully complete. That said, we are very happy with the results and with the price! I would definitely recommend Chris to my friends (and I have) but I'd suggest giving him a firm deadline."
