"Michael came for an estimate the same day I called him and began work at 8:30 am the next day. He was very polite, got the job done in two days at half the price of the other estimate I had gotten. He cleaned up the worksite and gave me a follow-up call (since I wasn't there when he finished) to ask if I was happy with his work. I received a detailed "paid in full" invoice a few days later.
