"I received an e-mail from M.A.R. almost immediately. When I called them back, I was delighted with not only the interest in my problem, (believe it or not several other companies I called with this problem acted like it was an effort to answer the phone!) but Veronica at Mainstream actually sounded as if it were her pleasure to try to help me, and that she was delighted that I had called. What a difference. After investigating further I 've decided not to proceed with the repair, but I will most assuredly call Mainstream if any of my other appliances act up. Attitude is everything.
