"Hired on short notice to patch concrete cracks and seal the back wall of a 4 unit condo building before winter. ACE was able to accommodate - even brought equipment out of winter storage to complete the job. Rich was very courteous to work with and I would recommend ACE to others. Caveat: We have not experienced any rain since the work was completed so we cannot speak to the effectiveness of the work, but Rich has assured me that if there are any problems we are to let him know and he will take care of them."
