"They were prompt and efficient, but I didn't really care for the practice of just coming out to repair the problem without an estimate. I mean, they quoted the rates but there was no way of knowing if it was a one hour, two, or six hour project. As it turned out, the amount of time was reasonable, but I wouldn't do a larger project without a better estimate of the cost. Too much of a gamble."

"I am still awaiting a call from Jim Bernat; however, he answered my request quickly but he said he would search for the kind of weatherstripping the windows needs. I hope he will do the follow through and get back to me before the snow comes. He was prompt in answering my request, came at the time promised. I trust he will be a man of his word and call me once and if he finds the required weatherstripping. Thanks, P. S. I did not choose the other handyman because he charged 30.00 for an estimate and wanted 78.00 per hour ; however, we are seniors and seek more reasonible charges."
