"Very personable workmen. Clear explanations about various aspects. Showed photos to explain. A report will be sent by e-mail, making it available to other condo members. We did purchase two parts that Superior suggested needed replacing. It made sense to me to go ahead. They gave a 15% discount, but I don't really know if the prices were reasonable or more than needed to be paid. Both parts were said to be Lifetime Guarantee. Did feel more informed about factors, particularly safety, regarding fireplaces, chimneys, etc."
