"He was very knowledgable and gave some serious consideration to planning the best way to accomplish what I was asking for. The two issues I have are that it took quite a bit longer than he first predicted and more importantly, he made an extra hole in my floor that he did not tell me about (not cool). Other than that I would recommend him if you have a project that is a bit complicated and will require someone with a bit of construction knowledge. Just make sure to check for extra holes before he leaves."
