"I had someone come out to my apt. (Stanford Reserve) and check for mold. The rep. from CDA was very informative and friendly. He could smell mold as he entered. My only problem is I never got a report on his finding or his suggestions and CDA never sent any info. to the crappy manager of this crap hole apt. complex. I am still trying to get that report! These freaks at this apt. compaex is trying to charge me $3600.00 for breaking my lease when they know that apt. was full of mold because they came ina nd bleached it and painted over it."
