Comment: Would like to hear from a qualified engineer to help me plan a unique project on my property. I wish to create what you might call an underground RV pad or garage with a roof capable of supporting a few feet of earth. The roof span would need to support the weight of a few feet of earth, hence the need for an engineer. Garage doors on either end would allow the RV to drive in and out without turning around or backing up.
