"Kevin came out and we discussed what needed to be done and he quoted me a price. When they came out to do the work they suggested I modify my requiement a little for a better solution. I agreed and this increased my bill more than I had hoped but Kevin showed me the reciepts and explained why the cost increased as much as it did. This way I did not feel "ripped" off.
