"This project involved redoing our 25 year old landscape - replacing fencing, sidewalks, driveway, irrigation system and replanting. Patrick is a pleasure to work with. He listened to our wants and made recommendations without pressure. He is knowledgeable with a good eye for design and detail. He and his crew always showed up, always returned our calls ( still does), used good sub-contractors, and worked to reduce costs. He also relocated some shrubs rather than discarding them. And one rainy (unworkable) morning he showed up to lay down a pine straw path for us over our muddy lawn!!! Can't say enough good things about PS Designs!"

Comment: Location of house is close to one of Lake Murray coves edge.The front yard is a hill going up to the road. the septic tank sits in front of the house and a well is several feet up. With the unusual rains, we are having drainage problems. I believe this can be corrected with rain gardens in the upper part of the yard and slope. Looking for someone to design, quote, do all or most of the work. And I need to know if it's possible to correct the problem in this manner.
