"Had a water heater replaced. Everything went smoothly, the installers were courteous and professional. However, the installation did not meet city code requirements, and did not pass inspection. They had to come back (at additional cost to me) to complete the job. Costs exceeded original quote. Communication was a bit slow. Used quality parts and did a good job, despite problems, would use again. "
