"WE HAD A SMALL PLASTERING JOB, 3 HOLES TO FILL. JERRY DID THE JOB WELL. YOU COULD NOT TELL THE HOLES WERE FILLLED, EVEN WITH OUT PAINT RYAN & HIM COVERED UP THE FURNITURE WITH PLASTIC. Comment: I'm starting to finish my basement and will be installing the drywall myself. I'm looking for someone to putty, sand, and texture everything, so basically do all the drywall finishing work. There would be about 250 linear feet of 8 foot walls and the ceiling would be in the neighborhood of 1200 square feet (that too will be drywall, not a drop ceiling). I'd want just a simple texture on the walls and something simple on the ceiling (not acoustic/popcorn) Something like orange peel would be good. What might the time frame and cost to finish this be?
