"They called me right away and set up a date for their service. The guy took my email address and credit card number and said he'd email me the paid bill. One week later I still had not seen a bill or a charge, so I called them back. Turns out they do billing a week later, so they emailed me the invoice. The price came in at less than they originally quoted, which was nice, but it would have been good to have received the correct info the first time regarding billing. Overall not a big deal though. I no longer live at the home but if I bought a home again I would consider them for services. "
