You'll have to cut a small amount of drywall away in the ceiling. access to ductwork may involve cutting floor in the attick (walk up attick). install new 6" flexduct (has 3" now).replace vent in roof since it has a 3" ductwork now. install new switch. use existing wiring. <br />- re-grout shower stall in the same bathroom. Seal it the next day (or whenever you say) <br />- scrape off caulk & re-caulk a tub surround. <br />- remove existing faucet and install new one. the faucet is through the crawl space brickwork. I already have the faucet (frost resistant).
