"Communication is absolutley terrible. You have to stay on top of them for everything. They did do everything they said they would. Just be aware some of your work maybe done by sub-contractors. The one thing that dissappointed me was that nobody from New Horizons stopped by to check on their work or progress. They realied on the homeowner to do that"
