"Jerry did an excellent job on my boiler. He did what he said he would do and when he said he would do it. Actually, he did a couple of things that weren't on the order and didn't charge me for them. We also ran into an unexpected problem (not unusual when working on an old house) which required additional time and materials and he didn't charge me for that either. I would definitely have him work for me again."

Jerry Schiavo of Temp-Rite was the last of three individuals to price my work, and while I was in an emergency, no-heat situation during the coldest week of the year, I was put to ease when Jerry Schiavo provided a clear, written estimate of the proposed work in a short amount of time. As an architect, I find this to be an extremely professional and efficient manner of presenting services to a customer. The written estimate, competitive cost, and Jerry's knowledge of the subject led me to choose Temp-Rite over other, more local companies. The installation of a new oil fired steam boiler in my residence went smoothly (from an owner's perspective)and took no more time than was promised. I am very pleased that time was taken to complete the job not only to my satisfaction but to the satisfaction of the installer as well. Temp-Rite took the time to address a few minor concerns with the overall heating system that I am sure would have been ignored by other companies. To top it all off Temp-Rite made a special trip back to my residence to accept a credit card payment and took some time to fine tune our system, all at no extra charge. To conclude, I hope that other individuals will read this statement and find themselves being 100% satisfied with Temp-Rite's work and service as I am.
