"He came promptly to diagnose the problem with my light fixture. I did the legwork to find and purchase the part needed. He was to research another part for a different light switch problem. He never called me back after I informed him that I had the part ready. I ended up installing it myself. What he did was good, but the final miscommunication sort of ruined my impression of him. "

"I was contacted prompty and scheduled a day to perform several repair/install jobs (Electrical Outlet, doorbells, bathroom ceiling fan and a few ceiling light fixtures). They were on time, friendly and personable, reviewed the work that needed to be done and got to work right away. Everything was timely repaired and they even did additional work at a very reasonable cost. They were such a pleasure to work with that I have had them back again to work on a larger project (Installation of 6 recessed lights, Data/Cable line cosmetics), the results of which are terrific! Worked hard all day and cleaned up nicely! Would recommend Steve to all!"
