"Prompt in giving the quote and starting the project, very slow to complete the project. Salvatore assured me that he would personally be on the job, but, in fact, often left his worker alone. This led to my having to complain that things weren't being done to spec, and some things having to be redone. The final product (finally!) was of good quality, and fairly priced. "
