Comment: The motor of the exhaust fan in our bathroom has stopped working and needs replacement. It also doesn't work when I remove it and plug into another power source, so I think it's the motor (at least 30 years old) and not the electric system. It fits within a cylindrical tube (6&3/4" inside diameter) going straight through the outside wall. Note: I've been unable to remove the motor from a metal support bracket that centers it in the tube.
