Comment: Our Velux skylight, approx 2.5x3.5', leaks occasionally. A contractor told us the skylight itself is in good shape. He sealed and re-shingled the surrounding roof area last fall. There were no leaks until this spring's last big melt/ downpour. The leak size & location has decreased from before, but there is still slow dripping from one lower corner of glass/ wood. I would rather fix than replace. Am interested in a quote for both.
