"I will start by saying it was a tough job. We had a ceiling where the popcorn was falling off. Patrick came when he said he would. He gave us a fair price. He had a worker paint the trim, walls and ceiling after the popcorn was repaired. The repair job wasn't as good as I had hoped but to be fair, I believe he did the best he could under the circumstances. He even offered to do more work to the area of the ceiling. We declined....we can live with it as it is. The painter got trim paint on the walls, wall paint on the trim and even missed a small wall. This was disappointing to me. I had to paint the small wall and touch up trim. "
