Also, the pricing is fair (had three contractors come by for quotes) and the communication with Bill was very good. He listened to the specifications of how we wanted the bookshelf done and did just that. He prepared most of the materials before arriving out of consideration to not have our place look like a construction zone for too long. He also provided advice on some issues regarding the details of the project and helped us weigh our options, and ultimately made the bookshelf very well. "

"Ken is a very knowledgeable contractor, with the ability to solve problems on the fly and keep the customer "in the loop" along the way. His crew is courteous, hard-working and skilled. The quality of their work is excellent. My only caveat would be that Ken's estimates for our projects were consistently on the low side, and nearly every phase of the job ended up costing significantly more than we planned. Some of this was due to structural issues with our house, but there was also some unrealistic estimating. Bottom line: High-quality work, but not cheap."
