"We were very happy with the work, the man who gave us our estimate was one of the reasons we chose Melody, but when our appointment was made, they wanted to send other guy instead. We called back to change the appointment so we could get the electrician who gave us the estimate. The appointment was for a week later. At 730am the first appointment electrician showed up to do the work,and woke me up, I told him wrong day that we had changed appointment-he said he was there now to do the work. I had to get dressed, get my dogs outside, We called the office to complain-no one in yet! We let the guy do the work. Office said they double booked"
