We are extremely happy with the finished project. I'd like to once again comment on an outstanding performance by Lance and Andrew at SFI Concrete. Last fall they built us a beautiful Patio with stamped concrete. The fiished product was a professional gem. Sometime during the winter there was an inadvertent small fuel oil spill on parts of the new patio. It wasnt until this spring after the snow had gone that we noticed a change in the appearance of the finish. The fuel oil had caused a change in the texture. I notified SFI of the problem we were having. Their response and effort to rectify the situation was exceptional. Their prompt service and their professional manner in seeking the correct solution to the problem was incredible. In a very short time the patio was repaired to look like the original masterpiece. It truly showed us that SFI does stand behind its product and workmanship and cares greatly about the customer and the product they are providing to people.
