"My initial contact with Michael was just before he was leaving for vacation so we made arrangements that he would contact me when he returned. He did and we made an appointment for a morning on day I would be home from work. Even though I had left it that anytime in the morning could work for me, he was courteous enough to call around 8:00 a.m. to say that they would be there in about a half hour and they were. I had called him to look at some bathroom fans which had not been working for a year or so and some wall heating units in the bathrooms which may or may not have needed replacing. I believe he ran into a "quirk" with the ceiling hole configuration from my old fans, but he handled it pretty calmly and easily. He confirmed that one of the bathroom heaters did not need to be replaced and before installing a new one in the other bathroom, he explained some options to me. They cleaned up before they left. In fact, the floors were cleaner when they left than when they arrived. It was great to have someone do the "small" jobs that seem to accumulate. I would certainly call him again. "
