"Ken is a very knowledgeable contractor, with the ability to solve problems on the fly and keep the customer "in the loop" along the way. His crew is courteous, hard-working and skilled. The quality of their work is excellent. My only caveat would be that Ken's estimates for our projects were consistently on the low side, and nearly every phase of the job ended up costing significantly more than we planned. Some of this was due to structural issues with our house, but there was also some unrealistic estimating. Bottom line: High-quality work, but not cheap."

Always making sure the roof was sealed up and the yard cleaned up, with all ther equipment neatly put away each day. The materials used were the best you can buy with great attention to detail. "
