"About 2 weeks following retiling to my upstairs bathroom, water leakage/damage occured on the ceiling of the floor below the toilet location, because a double gasket was required with the new tile height. A plumber should have been called in to address this, but Alex put the toilet in himself with one gasket. He did call in his plumber to remedy the situation, at no charge to me, when I told him the problem. I am still considering him for tiling the first floor, but this time we are factoring in a plumber. "
